You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Hong Kong Region for the 2024/2025 Session and participate in the Region Committee election for the Session 2025/2026.  The AGM will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 4 March 2025 at the Orchid Room, Level 2, The Royal Garden, 69 Mody Road, TST, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

In accordance with the Rules for Hong Kong Region, the Vice Chair will be elected from the Region Committee.  Four Committee Members of the Region will retire.  All vacancies for Committee Members are opened for election in the AGM.
