Dear Members, 

You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Hong Kong Region for the 2025/2026 Session and participate in the Region Committee election for the Session 2026/2027.  The AGM will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, 3 March 2026 at the Orchid Room, Level 2, The Royal Garden, 69 Mody Road, TST, Kowloon, Hong Kong.  

Agenda:  

1. To confirm the minutes of the 2024/2025 AGM
2. To receive the annual report of the Chair
3. To receive the financial report of the Honorary Treasurer
4. To elect the Region Committee Members for the 2026/2027 Session

In accordance with the Rules for Hong Kong Region, the Vice Chair will be elected from the Region Committee.  Four Committee Members of the Region will retire.  All vacancies for Committee Members are opened for election in the AGM.
