The primary objectives of CIBSE Shanghai Panel are to organize the building services engineering activities in a way that maximize the total benefit for local building services engineering professionals, and promotes the continuous development in building services engineering in China compatible with the development construction activities in China. Base on this objectives, it will lead to :

i) Promoting the international profile of CIBSE in China

ii) Creating a network of local BSE professionals to CIBSE within China and in HK

iii) Incubating the growth of CIBSE membership in China
