Rules and Regulations

1. The Competition is open to all working in related to Electrical, Mechanical and Building Services Engineering disciplines. The award winners will be required to show their staff ID card to verify their identities.
2. Requirements of Entry:

• Photo-cropping and reasonable adjustments to the brightness, contrast or colour saturation are allowed for the entry.
• Entries with overlay signatures, borders, watermarks and personal information displayed in the form of text or symbols will not be accepted.
• RAW files of the selected entries will be required for submission.

3. The Competition will only accept entries submitted from 11 October 2018 to 31 October 2018 (both days inclusive). Late submissions will not be accepted.
4. Photographs will be posted in CIBSE YEN facebook page https://www.facebook.com/CIBSEHKBYEN/ for voting the award of ‘the most ’.
5. The final call of ‘’ will be at 23:59 Hong Kong Time on or before 15 November 2018.
6. In case of any dispute, CIBSE YEN reserves the right to give the final verdict.
