CLP Smart Hub

Completed in December 2018, SmartHub@CLP 「智能匯」is an innovative new experience centre featuring 270-degree video projection that gives a futuristic impression of how a smart city looks and explains CLP’s role as an enabler.  By exploring the six themed zones in the centre, namely smart grid, smart environment, smart living, smart business, smart mobility, and smart education, members can experience the initiatives and technologies that will form the foundation of Hong Kong’s future as a smart city.

CLP Power Quality Workshop

Voltage dips and harmonics are two major issues affecting power quality.  To share knowledge with customers, CLP established this workshop to illustrate the causes and impact of power quality issues as well as demonstrating practical measures to mitigate power quality problems.  Through a guided workshop, members are introduced to the causes and problems raising from power quality issues. The demonstration of the mitigation measures helps members reinforcing the concept, achieving public education purposes.
