Digital Twin realized by the integration of building management system with building information modelling common data environment, digital facility management portal, smart office app and big data analytics could achieve better people-oriented service to the office tenants, more efficient and systematic facility management as well as more opportunities in energy, carbon, water and waste reduction.

The presentation will introduce the inception and development of the digital twin in The Henderson – a new World-Class smart green office building in Central. The application of the digital twin has been moving forward and integrating with the tenant experience analytic platform and the industry first tri-party ESG Partnership Programme, facilitating partnership amongst the property and facility management, tenants and their individual employees.
