Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital is the first successful government project that utilizes landfill gas in Combined Heating and Power System (CHP) for a distributed energy system.
CIBSE YEN are pleased to present a technical visit to Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital. The purpose of the visit is to learn more about system generates electricity by landfill gas and recovers the waste heat from flue exhaust and jacket cooling water for steam and hot water generation in Hospital. The project has set a good example of smart usage of the CHP system, the benefits of distributed energy system and social engagement on sustainability.
Participants will gain the opportunity to learn more about utilizing landfill gas in CHP and the
associated facilities for a distributed energy system.
