You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Hong Kong Branch for the 2018 / 2019 Session and participate in the Branch Committee election for the Session 2019 / 2020.  The AGM will be held at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, 5 March 2019 at the Director’s Room, World Trade Centre Club, 38/F World Trade Centre, 280 Gloucester Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.  A cocktail reception will be served at 5:30 pm.

Agenda:

1. To confirm the minutes of the 2017 / 2018 AGM
2. To receive the annual report of the Chair
3. To receive the financial report of the Honorary Treasurer
4. To elect the Branch Committee Members for the 2019 / 2020 Session

In accordance with the Rules for Hong Kong Branch, the Vice Chair will be elected from the Branch Committee and three Committee Members of the Branch will retire. All vacancies for Committee Members are opened for election in the AGM.
